			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many people that I meet for the first time ask, &#8220;What I do?&#8221;</p>
<p>I also think it&#8217;s the wrong question to ask but still one that many of us ask.</p>
<p>Have you been at a meeting, a party or a networking event and asked that?</p>
<p>It&#8217;s all too easy to fall into the trap of focusing on people as &#8220;jobs&#8221;.</p>
<p>For ten years I worked in investment banking and there the answer that I was an Auditor, a Structurer, and Investment Manager to some extent fulfilled the option of putting me into a &#8220;pigeon hole&#8221;. People like to do this, it helps us catagorise information which is a more and more important trait in the modern Information Age.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll set out more of what I do another time, but just consider and think about how much more you and than just your job.</p>
<p>Being able to get to know people deeply and properly and make a real connection is an invaluable skill.</p>
<p>The joy of Facebook is that we all appear connected, and see more of the connected world that was often invisible.</p>
<p>The challenge is to remember, that there are real people behind the &#8220;posts&#8221;.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today, I had a great call with a very interesting and aligned business coach &#8211; Mike Fountain,<br />
He&#8217;s been working on a report that has great content for a while,<br />
and talking to him, gave me a chance to share some of our ways to develop<br />
rapid business growth, market awareness and expand on what I do as Psi Pi Group.</p>
<p>Many people find the words &#8220;JV&#8221;, &#8220;JV Broker&#8221;, &#8220;Strategic Alliances&#8221; to be intriguing,<br />
but it&#8217;s not until they see us actually go to work that the leverage and real power<br />
it adds to any successful profitable business becomes clear.</p>
<p>For many people in the market place, the reality of what is possible, isn&#8217;t fully understood,<br />
and there are people who have learn some of our styles and proprietary methods,<br />
&#8220;teaching&#8221; them, but sadly without the fundamental knowledge or grounding.<br />
That said, it&#8217;s clear that market interest in getting returns above and beyond a 20% ROI<br />
will remain attractive for a long time.</p>
<p>To put things in perspective, our partners look for 200% and above ROI, and regularly exceed this,<br />
through intelligent structuring of deals, and clear mathematical and intuitive modelling.</p>
<p>As with all things, the proof is in the pudding, and what is left to be seen, is how in facts and figures,<br />
(water&#8217;s wet, rocks are hard), Mike will be able to put into place, what we discussed,<br />
but he&#8217;s already seen us take rapid action during our call and start a process, which is setting him<br />
not just to double his turnover and profits, but 10* in the next twelve months, and if fully followed through<br />
will leave him earning his current active monthly income, passively in the future.</p>
<p>The real questions always come back to:</p>
<p>1) Where are you at?<br />
2) What do you want?<br />
3) What are you prepared to do?</p>
