It’s been an interesting week as I’ve been reviewing what we’ve been doing with www.thedomaindashboard.com and preparing for a relaunch on the back of new features that we’ve been developing steadily for the last 3 months.
The new upgrades allow people to leverage what they are doing faster and further, and means that our promise to customers has and will be fulfilled on even more fully.
One question that keeps coming up to me, from people that are new to web marketing, web business, domain valuation and other aspects, is the question of why they should use the domain dashboard, and to answer that we’ll be running some complimentary tele conferences shortly, both for our user, and our partners.
What is clear, is that in the same way in under 200 years, the land rush of the pioneer years produced a mature real estate industry, so web real estate has in under 30 years started to turn the corner, but still has a lot of growth to come.
It is likely that in the next 3-5 years, in our view that the web real estate will reach it’s pinnacle, before moving into the W4 space and others inside the form factors and other aspects that are building a “Connected World NOW”.
In short, being able to find your way around, leverage and optimise your use of, experience of, and benefit from web real estate, you will need to find ways to either rely on others to highlight your goals (like a GPS), random luck to stumble upon hidden gems, human referal, or systems and tecnologies that provide you a much smaller faster access.
We also feel that people will need more and more ability to breadcrumb trail what they are locating and finding, and in ways that are not possible through “bookmarking”.
To this end, www.TheDomainDashboard.com is a key tool and we hope more people are able to get on board now, while a free access is still available.

Today, I had a great call with a very interesting and aligned business coach – Mike Fountain,
He’s been working on a report that has great content for a while,
and talking to him, gave me a chance to share some of our ways to develop
rapid business growth, market awareness and expand on what I do as Psi Pi Group.
Many people find the words “JV”, “JV Broker”, “Strategic Alliances” to be intriguing,
but it’s not until they see us actually go to work that the leverage and real power
it adds to any successful profitable business becomes clear.
For many people in the market place, the reality of what is possible, isn’t fully understood,
and there are people who have learn some of our styles and proprietary methods,
“teaching” them, but sadly without the fundamental knowledge or grounding.
That said, it’s clear that market interest in getting returns above and beyond a 20% ROI
will remain attractive for a long time.
To put things in perspective, our partners look for 200% and above ROI, and regularly exceed this,
through intelligent structuring of deals, and clear mathematical and intuitive modelling.
As with all things, the proof is in the pudding, and what is left to be seen, is how in facts and figures,
(water’s wet, rocks are hard), Mike will be able to put into place, what we discussed,
but he’s already seen us take rapid action during our call and start a process, which is setting him
not just to double his turnover and profits, but 10* in the next twelve months, and if fully followed through
will leave him earning his current active monthly income, passively in the future.
The real questions always come back to:
1) Where are you at?
2) What do you want?
3) What are you prepared to do?
Simon

Where is Home?
Where do we feel that our “country” is?
Recently the number of projects that are combining teams, markets and concepts across jurisdictions, languages and disciplines has again brought this question to mind.
Today, I’m in London with the sun out, and experiencing as many are the impact of a sporting event in South Africa, while having conference calls with a Canadian strategic partner, teams across Europe, USA and Asia.
So.. where is home?
Why does the question matter.. well to us it is bringing up a whole range of questions in relation to how we focus and prioritize teams and business time, money energy and focus.
Yes we have www.i-Prioritize.com and that continues to be leading the ideas of prioritization, but when you start approaching group dynamics and group prioritization the “home” or mother country always seems to be a hidden core value.
Qn: What if everyone started looking at it from a global point of view?
Again, not an answer, but some questions..

I came across this body of people, through my friend Lisa, and the work I’d been doing with http://lynnrose.com/ and http://everybodytweet.com/ via http://www.revolutionyes.org/
The intention behind the World Trust is so aligned, with what I’m doing, and focussed on, that’s hard to believe I found it the way I did..
Everything happens for a reason..

They say nothing happens for a reason, and as the exquisite craftmanship of La Cage Aux Folles in New York, delivered “I am what I am” at the end of the 1st half, I was inspired and so happy about the journey that has brought me here.
Being able to see and spend time with the people behind the glitz as a friend not a tourist was really beautfiul, as it revealed so many amazing things and showed that life is really an amazing possibility looking to unfold.
So last night was the “Last planned night in NYC”, But having launched http://everybodytweet.com at the #140Conf, Lynn personally invited me to stay on.. and for what magical surprise.. well this was it.. to cone meet Frasier..
I actually had the most surprising performances and so well crafted,
watching real professionals and masters at their craft was a true blessing.
Especially watched through the eyes of Business, Psi Thinking, Flow, and so many other things
which have made this all possible.
Spell Binding.
It was the kind of evening that can’t be forgotten.
If you’re in NY – go so it..
If you’re not.. you should..
I’ll be going again next week..
